Cure Mito Foundation collaborates and partners with industry and academic institutions working on research or clinical trials in Leigh syndrome and mitochondrial disease with the goal of accelerating treatments for impacted individuals and families. 

 

We also actively engage in partnerships with rare disease patient advocacy groups and other organizations. We have discovered that patient advocacy groups, whether focused on mitochondrial diseases or not, share many commonalities. We are always interested in collaborating, building bridges, and learning from each other.

 

Cure Mito is a member of Defense Health Research Consortium, COMBINEDBrain, Global Genes Foundation Alliance, Everylife Foundation Community Congress, and Indo US Rare Organization for Rare Diseases.  Cure Mito has been rated as a Top-Rated Nonprofit by  @GreatNonprofits.
